About the event
Fort Verde State Historic Park will honor veterans at its annual "History of the Soldier" event. Through living history interpretation, the park will honor the dedication, commitment, and sacrifice of the military men and women from the Armed Forces of all eras. We invite veterans from around the state to attend this event.
Experience a military timeline of our history, from the Revolutionary War to present day. Presentations, military drills, a fashion show, and a period church service Sunday morning. Camps, cannon and soldiers will all be at this annual event.
